"My wife and I are Belgian and we decided to buy a house near Ostuni, Apulia, Italy. Everything seemed ready: good price, nice agency, helpful seller. But when we asked for legal support to verify the documents, several critical issues came up:

• a zoning discrepancy in the project
• problems with an old, untranscribed donation
• a cadastral error in the indicated square meters

The legal team guided us step by step, contacted the municipality, the seller, and arranged everything before the deed. The notary complimented us: 'It's rare that you arrive so prepared.'

Without this service, we would probably have a house with legal problems today.
