The cadastral view by person (on name) is an official document of the Internal Revenue Service that allows one to find out about all properties in the name of an individual or a company by searching on their name within a province or, when necessary, throughout Italy.
What it contains
- List of intestate properties
- Address and cadastral data (sheet, parcel, subdivision)
- Category and cadastral income
- Ownership share and type of right (ownership, usufruct, bare ownership)
What data are needed to request it
To carry out the search you need:
- Person's full name (or company name)
- Tax code (optional, but recommended to avoid homonyms)
With this data, it is possible to accurately identify the property in the person's name.
Can it be requested nationwide?
Yes. The view can be requested:
- by individual province, or
- nationwide, with a search of the entire Italian territory, except for the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, for which you can request visura from the cadastre tavolare
What is the purpose of the visura su nominativo
