Less well known, but in some cases decisive, is the historical cadastral visura, a document that allows us to reconstruct the evolution of a property over time. In this article we look at what it contains, how it differs from the ordinary cadastral survey, and when it is necessary to request it.
The historical cadastral view is a document issued by the Internal Revenue Service that shows all the changes recorded over time on a given property, starting from the first census to the current situation.
Unlike the "simple" visura, which shows only the data updated today, the historical visura allows you to trace the cadastral history of the property.

Each parcel has a unique number and information about its area, intended use, and boundaries. The cadastral cartography extract is a partial reproduction of this map, which is useful for viewing the details of a property or land.
